Shipping & Returns
How and when your order ships, and how returns work.
Processing & shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times depend on your location and the method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates & areas
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States; if you're ordering from elsewhere, email us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
Returns
We want you to build with confidence. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email ginos@root-wire.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions.
- Items must be unused and in resalable, original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Some items (e.g., opened electronic components) may not be returnable for safety and quality reasons — we'll always tell you up front.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
