What is Rootwire?

A curated store for grow-room and automation electronics — controllers, sensors, relays, wiring, power, networking, and grow-automation gear — paired with build guides and an AI advisor that helps you spec the right parts.

How do I know which parts I need?

Two ways: open the AI advisor (bottom-right of any page), tell it your tent size and what you're growing, and it'll spec a kit and flag incompatibilities. Or browse a product — each lists a “Works with” section of compatible parts.

Are these the exact parts in the photos?

Product images are representative. Specs in the description are what matter — if you need a specific revision or variant, email us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll let you know what's possible. See Shipping & Returns for details.

What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items are made right at no cost. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

If you're buying at scale, get in touch and tell us what you're building — we'll see what we can do.

Is the AI advisor free?

Yes — ask it as many questions as you like. It's there to help you build the right system, whether or not you buy today.
